It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? From Picture Books to YA!

I listened to more stories from Meet Cute and I read more of Take Joy by Jane Yolen. Peanut and I started listening to Undefeated by Steve Sheinkin together. I also read a fantastic stack of books that I've been collecting from the library and finally had time to read.

ReplyDeleteIt's really interesting and I think it's been a good way to introduce my 11yo to history related to the Native Americans and how they were treated because it ties in history about football.

DeleteMan, I miss picture books. We don't gather at my brother's house often enough where I can read to my niece and nephews from those. And I like your header photos. Your teaching one made me smile. While I don't teach anymore and haven't for years, I still have a soft spot for them. My sixth grader's teacher is awesome. She dressed up as Professor McGonagall this Halloween! I'm going to make her a zipper pouch out of Harry Potter fabric for Christmas and to house a gift card.
