It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? From Picture Books to YA!
Kellee Moye, of Unleashing Readers, and I decided to give It's Monday! What Are You Reading? a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children's literature - picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels, anything in the world of kidlit - join us! We love this meme and think you will, too. We encourage everyone who participates to visit at least three of the other kidlit book bloggers that link up and leave comments for them.
Last Week's Book Adventures:
We finished A Crooked Kind of Perfect. I cried. It was a good book to reread with my kids. We started The Honest Truth by Dan Gemeinhert. I started reading Megan Stielstra's Once I Was Cool and I've also been reading The Crossroads of Should and Must by Elle Luna which matches well with the episode of Don't Keep Your Day Job that I listened to week called "How to Get Clear on Your Desire". Both so good!
So, what are you reading this week?
To help build our community and support other bloggers,
we ask that you comment on at least three other blogs before you.
Also, if you tweet about your Monday post, don't forget to use #IMWAYR!
Oh my, I remember loving The Honest Truth. That was my first Dan Gemeinhert book. I also started a (new-to-me) Gemeinhert book this week, too -- Scar Island. All his books just really hit me hard in the heart. I think Some Kind of Courage is the only one I haven't yet read. And I really hope to get to read A Crooked Kind of Perfect after all you've shared. Have a wonderful reading week, Jen!
ReplyDeleteSilver Meadows Summer looks very cool - and seems like a quick read, too! :)
